It has been an honour for Ballinasloe to be the first town in Ireland to undertake the benchmarking process. Having the knowledge, neutrality and experience of People and Places guiding us has been fantastic; as a town team we have learned so much about our town that we didn’t expect and have just prepared our 5 year action plan. Chris Wade has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful along our journey to date and we look forward to reaping the rewards on completing our action plan and measuring our endeavours when we undertake the benchmarking process again.
